Disturbance! A Totally Manly Man Approaches His Waifu!

Redfox looked up when she opened the door, his green eyes dark. “Oh um, that… no. I, uh, Ferris sent me.” He bit his lip as he looked away. He seemed rather unconfident without his friend at his side. But then he suddenly looked up, looking past Celine and into her room. “What is that!?”

Majar was staring right back at him as he sat upright on the bed, blinking the bi-colored eyes. Seeing Redfox look right at him, Majar hissed, his fur standing on end.

Redfox growled low in his throat, which made Majar hiss more, ears going back. Redfox pushed past Celine and lunged at Majar. The Kittar leaped off the bed and grabbed onto the chandelier, swinging up onto the beam. Redfox jumped and grabbed hold of Majar’s tail.
Majar hissed and swiped at Redfox’s face. Redfox lost his grip and fell back onto the bed. Majar slipped off and flopped on top of Redfox. “Meow…” he meowed, looking up at Celine.
Redfox flailed under Majar, but Majar just went limp and refused to budge.

Majar pulled himself into a crouching position and leaped off of Redfox’s chest to the chandelier, then scrambled up into the rafters where he curled up in a ball with his tail wrapped around himself protectively, staring down at Redfox with those strange eyes.
Redfox glared after him and sat up, rubbing his stomach. But deciding to ignore the intruder, looked at Celine and decided to answer her questions instead of going after Majar. “Majar, hmm? Sounds familiar though I don’t know why,” he mused. He looked up at her. “Oh, uh, yes Ferris wanted to know if you were okay. Actually, a lot of us were wondering, with the whole visit from Bax and all.” He frowned. “You know, we do know about what he did to the Luna Village, so were all kind of worried about you. Ferris would have come himself, but he’s a little tied up with the Headmaster right now, talking about the explosion and things.”

"Meow," meowed Majar through a mouthful of tail fluff. The tip of his tail flicked, but despite that, he seemed perfectly content to stay right where he was, curled up and out of Redfox's reach.
Redfox glared at Majar before looking back at Celine. "Kittar are nothing but trouble. You should kick him out." Then he froze, "wait..." He looked back up at Majar. "Where are you even from? As far as I know, Kittar aren't in the Tower. So if you're not a student how'd you get in here? Or why?"
Majar mewed pitifully and flicked his tail some more. He folded his tail over his nose and eyes, his ears flicking as he seemed to fall asleep.
"Oi! Don't ignore me!" Redfox snapped.
But Majar was already purring away in slumbrous bliss.
Redfox tsked and looked back at Celine. "Ferris won't like it if you don't forgive yourself," he said. "He's usually an expressive guy, but he won't tell you not to worry for his sake. So I'll do it for him." He slid off the bed and stood up.

Redfox looked up at Majar. "Yah, he is trouble, isn't he." But then when he looked at Celine, he saw how upset she looked. "Hey, it's going to be alright, Celine. Well, I'll bet you've heard that a lot. But it's true. This has all been rather crazy since you just got here and all, but things really will look up." He frowned. "We've all been in your place before. I doubt there's any wizard here who can say they don't have some horrible trouble that they're facing or had to face. So, remember, you're not alone in this one."

Redfox gave her a nod. "Alright, I'll leave you here if you want," he said, then looked back up at the rafters where Majar was sleeping. "Well, I can probably get rid of the pest for you first," he said, pulling out a small hand-sized object from his coat. He flicked his fingers and a little flame appeared. Yes, the object in his hand was a bomb.
Majar opened one eye, looked at Redfox and his bomb, then closed his eye again.
This just made Redfox even angrier at being ignored, so he lit the fuse.

Majar started bailing out the waterfall with a bucket while Redfox quickly doused the fuse and stuck the bomb back in his pocket. "NO!" he shouted. "It's okay, don't cry! I won't blow anything up!" Wow, she's stressed... "Why don't you just, um, have a seat... maybe take a nap... um... I'll bring tea. Or have a servant bring you tea. But everything's going to be okay, Celine."
